How the KPTS Works

1. Calculating Power:

When two supremacy holders battle, the KPTS of their techniques is combined with the modifiers based on the supremacy tier.

Example: If a Keikdark Lord (KL) uses Soul Drain (12 KPTS) in combat against a Keiknight Warrior (KW) using Keik Crush (12 KPTS), the KL’s modifier (+1 for Soul Drain) makes their total power 13 KPTS, while the KW’s modifier (+1 for Keik Crush) results in a tie at 13 KPTS.

If the techniques are definitive, the scores increase accordingly with the modifier boosts.

1. Awakening Power:

SKO and DK supremacies, which have access to Awakening Definitive Techniques, can unlock extreme power levels that are reflected by higher KPTS values and higher modifiers. This gives them an edge in most encounters.

Example Battle Scenarios

Scenario 1:

• Keikdark Lord (KL) uses Shadowfrost Cataclysm (18 KPTS)

• Modifier: +2

• Total Power: 20 KPTS

• Soulfeast Keik Overlord (SKO) uses Soulfeast Annihilation (22 KPTS)

• Modifier: +3

• Total Power: 25 KPTS

Result: Soulfeast Keik Overlord (SKO) wins the encounter due to the higher total KPTS.

Scenario 2:

• Divine Keiknities (DK) uses Frostlight Beam (18 KPTS)

• Modifier: +3

• Total Power: 21 KPTS

• Keikdark Lord (KL) uses Soul Drain (12 KPTS)

• Modifier: +1

• Total Power: 13 KPTS

Result: Divine Keiknities (DK) wins due to the overwhelming power difference.

How Awakening Affects the KPTS

• Awakening Techniques for SKO and DK are only unlocked after reaching the Awakening state, which requires the burning of additional Keik souls. These techniques represent the pinnacle of the user's power and reflect their supremacy on the battlefield.

• Upon awakening, the user gains access to techniques that transcend the normal limits of power, with devastating effects capable of reshaping the battlefield.

The inclusion of awakening techniques introduces a layer of progressive power in Keik World, where ascending to the Soulfeast Keik Overlord (SKO) or Divine Keiknities (DK) opens new abilities beyond the regular techniques. Each NFT soul used for ascension contributes to unlocking these techniques. The KPTS (Keik Power Technique System) standardizes how techniques are evaluated in battles and how players can grow by unlocking more powerful abilities.
