KPTS Modifiers
The Modifiers system adds an additional layer of calculation to the KPTS system. These modifiers are based on supremacy rank and whether a character is using a standard technique or a definitive technique. The modifier system increases the effectiveness of techniques based on supremacy rank.
Here’s how the Modifiers work:
Frostable Warriors (FW) and Keiknight Warriors (KW):
Standard Techniques: +1 modifier.
Definitive Techniques: +2 modifier.
FW and KW represent the lowest tiers and are given modest boosts to their techniques through the modifiers, but they can still achieve higher scores through their definitive techniques.
Keikdark Lords (KL):
Standard Techniques: +1 modifier.
Definitive Techniques: +2 modifier.
KL’s higher rank makes their techniques and definitive techniques notably more powerful, but the modifier values stay within a range suitable for their tier.
Elemental Keik Masters (EVM)
Standard Techniques: +2 modifier.
Definitive Techniques: +3 modifier.
EKM modifiers reflect the increased complexity and power of their techniques, though they lack the divine-level Awakening Definitive Techniques.
Soulfeast Keik Overlords (SKO):
Standard Techniques: +2 modifier.
Definitive Techniques: +3 modifier.
Awakening Definitive Techniques: +4 modifier.
SKO ranks introduce the Awakening Definitive Techniques, which are the strongest techniques, giving them higher multipliers.
Divine Keiknities (DK):
Standard Techniques: +3 modifier.
Definitive Techniques: +4 modifier.
Awakening Definitive Techniques: +5 modifier.
DK ranks receive the most substantial modifiers because of their divine status. Their techniques are naturally the strongest, and Awakening Definitive Techniques provide the highest possible boost to their power.
