The Story Behind Keik World: A Journey from a Simple Misunderstanding to a Magical Universe
Keik World began from a simple, funny misunderstanding at work. A colleague’s phrase “Is that ok with you?” sounded like “Is that a cake with you?” This inside joke led to me doodling a playful sketch of a “cake,” and that’s how Keik was born. Although the original drawing was lost, I later turned it into pixel art, which I kept in my email for years.
During a difficult time in my life, I rediscovered that pixelated Keik and realized it could be something more. Creating different versions of Keik became a creative outlet for me. With no background in NFTs, design, or even pixel art, I taught myself everything from scratch, using free tools and learning as I went. It was a way to channel my energy and escape during tough moments.
What truly excited me was not just the idea of an NFT collection, but a living, evolving one. This is how U-NFTs came to life—NFTs that represent something unique about their owners, each one with its own story within Keik World. They’re not just art; they are magical, living creations that grow as we do.
